Sustainability for Renters

Environment Victoria has put together the Victorian Green Renters’ Guide, full of tips for renters on how to reduce their environmental impact and bills, without needing a big budget. It includes sections on everything from heating to fridges to food, as well as a checklist for people looking for a new place to rent, and an explanation of renting law in Victoria. Renters can’t readily install tanks or solar power, so there has been a big gap in sustainability information which is specific to them.
