Who are we:

A group of residents and community members of the Surf Coast shire who have a common passion and drive in sustainability with a particular focus on action on climate change mitigation and acclimation within our local community.

What is our aim:

To help drive community-led action on climate change, specifically to drive community zero emissions targets.

As a group our first action is to initiate community-led action in Aireys Inlet and Anglesea with a Zero Emissions Ideas Fest.  This event will be held on August the 22nd 2021 10am – 3:30pm with the main aims of:

• Sharing action currently being taken to reduce emissions within the community,
• Build relationships between community groups,
• Gather community input and support for a community plan for zero emissions, and
• Start the process of drafting Anglesea and Aireys Inlet community zero emissions plan.
